About Rosanne Austin

Rosanne Austin graduated Summa Cum Laude from San Francisco State University with a B.A. in History, then earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she was a Dean's List honoree and recipient of the Witkin Award in Expert and Scientific Evidence.

She began her career as a sexual assault prosecutor in California, advocating for child and adult survivors of sexual abuse. At the top of her legal career, she and her husband decided to start a family — and what followed was a seven-year fertility journey that would transform the direction of her life.

After years of fertility treatment failure, Rosanne conceived her son naturally at 43. That experience catalyzed a complete career pivot: she trained at the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California, earned her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation, and founded Fearlessly Fertile by Rosanne Austin Coaching, LLC.

Today, she coaches women ages 28–54 across six continents, helping them overcome the mindset blocks between them and their babies. Her clients include executives, entrepreneurs, surgeons, attorneys, and leaders in technology — high-achieving women who refuse to let statistics dictate their family dreams.
