Questions This Episode Answers

Can you get pregnant naturally after failed IVF and low AMH at 42?

I was pregnant just shy of a year finishing up with you. So what happened was I continued on with all my practices that we did so I had my vision board... we went on holiday... I was meditating one morning, and I heard the words clear blue in my meditation... First one came up positive straight away after me doing these for five years, all negative, all the time, nothing happening.

Louise18:57

Yes, Louise conceived naturally at 42 after failed IVF and a low AMH diagnosis. She had been trying for 5 years and was told to 'keep rolling the dice' by specialists, but conceived naturally after doing mindset work and trusting her intuition.

How do you reconnect with your intuition on your fertility journey?

The biggest thing for me, Roseanne, and this is what I really wanted to talk about today was listening to my intuition was not something that I was really able to do at all. And now it's like the first thing I listen to is the first voice.

Louise14:01

Louise reconnected with her intuition through mindset work and meditation. She learned to listen to her inner voice first, knew she was having a girl when everyone said it would be a boy, and even received her daughter's name during meditation. She was right about everything.

What does true surrender mean on the fertility journey?

I think surrender for me was admitting to myself that I have done everything that I can do, being happy with what I've done, accepting that this urge or this desire in my heart... it's there for a reason... I just started reading more about Surrender as well... just stop gripping on so tightly and just accepting that I had no control at all when it was gonna happen.

Louise26:27

True surrender means doing everything you can do, staying connected to your desire, but releasing the need to control timing. It's not giving up - Louise continued speaking to her baby daily while releasing control over when conception would happen.

Why is mindset work important before other fertility treatments?

I wouldn't have looked for that program had I not worked for you. I wouldn't have been so insistent. I just wasn't stopping until I was pregnant. There was nothing stopping me.

Louise15:54

Mindset work opens you up to try other approaches and believe they can work. Louise wouldn't have tried the lifestyle changes that led to her pregnancy without first changing her mindset, because she previously thought holistic approaches were nonsense.

How do you know if you're worth investing in fertility coaching?

I think at that point, I thought I'm not worth this. This is too much money to spend on me and my dream. This is not worth it. I'm throwing more money away... I know I'm worth it now.

Louise8:12

Louise initially doubted her worth and asked her husband's permission to invest in coaching. She realized later she wasn't valuing herself or her dreams. Once she decided she was worth it, everything else became possible.

Can vision boards actually help you get pregnant?

I continued on with all my practices that we did so I had my vision board on my vision board I was going to be on here with you twenty five weeks pregnant nearly twenty seven so there we go

Rosanne Austin18:47

Louise had specific items on her vision board including being on the podcast at 25 weeks pregnant and having a baby girl. She was recorded at 27 weeks pregnant with her daughter, showing how vision boards combined with inner work can manifest results.

Knowing you're worth the investment in yourself is the foundation that makes everything else possible on your fertility journey

Louise initially hesitated to invest in mindset coaching, asking her husband for permission, but once she decided she was worth it, she went on to invest in detox programs and lifestyle changes that led to natural conception at 42.

BreakthroughEmpowering14:00

Reconnecting with your intuition is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself on this journey

Louise learned to trust her intuition through mindset work, knew she was having a girl when everyone said it would be a boy, and even received her daughter's name during meditation - she was right about everything.

TeachingReframing26:27

True surrender isn't giving up - it's doing everything you can do and then releasing the need to control the timing

Louise surrendered by admitting she had done everything possible, continuing to speak to her baby daily, but releasing control over when conception would happen - she conceived naturally 4 months after completing a detox program.

TeachingChallenging15:13

Mindset work precedes and enables all other fertility interventions - you have to change what's going on up here first

Louise wouldn't have tried the lifestyle detox program that led to conception without first doing mindset work, saying 'I would never have said I'm gonna cut gluten for six months or stop eating meat because I thought it was all crap, but I did it and was pregnant four months after that.'

TeachingEmpowering24:24

The desire in your heart is there for a reason - trust it even when statistics and past failures suggest otherwise

Louise had low AMH, failed IVF, and was told by a fertility specialist to 'just keep rolling the dice,' but she trusted the persistent desire in her heart and conceived naturally at 42, proving the specialist wrong.

BreakthroughEmpowering31:00

Learning to receive is as important as learning to give - you have to believe you're worth good things happening to you

Louise transformed from automatically saying 'oh, you shouldn't have done that' when receiving gifts to saying 'that's lovely, thank you very much' and recognizing she deserves good things, which extended to receiving her pregnancy.

BreakthroughChallenging9:54

Your attitude toward fertility treatments matters more than the treatments themselves

Louise went into IVF 'with a stinking attitude' saying 'I don't want to do this, I need to put shit into my body' and it failed, but when she changed her mindset and approached fertility holistically, she conceived naturally.

BreakthroughEmpowering18:47

Vision boards work when combined with deep inner work - visualization plus transformation creates manifestation

Louise had on her vision board being on the podcast at 25 weeks pregnant (recorded at 27 weeks), having a baby girl (which she did), and everything was pink - all of which came true after doing the mindset work.

Perspectives 2

If you just stop thinking about it and relax, you'll get pregnant when you least expect it

CONSIDER: True surrender means doing everything you can do, staying connected to your desire, but releasing the need to control timing

Low AMH and failed IVF mean you should just keep rolling the dice with more treatments

CONSIDER: Statistics and past failures don't determine your outcome - the desire in your heart is there for a reason
