Breakthroughs5
Obsessive cycle tracking can create energetic blocks that repel conception rather than support it
Mel tracked her basal body temperature with such precision that she wouldn't let herself go to the bathroom at night, afraid it would throw off her readings. This obsession lasted 8 months without conception until she shifted her approach.
▶ 7:31Carrying anger and resentment creates physical constriction that blocks fertility
Mel described running 45 minutes every morning trying to release anger that never left, until she did forgiveness work through the Fearlessly Fertile Method. She said it felt like 'a big rock had been removed from my chest' and she could finally form authentic relationships.
▶ 11:46Visualization and meditation can help the body work with physical limitations like blocked fallopian tubes
After discovering her right tube was completely blocked, Mel spent the summer visualizing her left side creating eggs and her right tube opening. She conceived naturally just two months after finishing the program, despite only having one functioning tube.
▶ 13:50Higher consciousness through meditation allows you to make intuitive decisions about your medical care
After her HSG showed a completely blocked right tube, doctors recommended exploratory surgery. Mel's intuition told her 'no. I'm perfectly fine with what I have, and I will meditate and visualize to heal this.' She conceived naturally without the surgery.
▶ 33:18When you change your energy from agenda-driven to open and authentic, you attract better outcomes in all areas of life
Mel describes how after her transformation, she could 'control my energy' in her work with students. Families began opening up and telling her their life stories, and even pets were drawn to her new energy, whereas before her agenda-driven approach put people off.

Teachings3
You can't be afraid and grateful at the same time - gratitude eliminates fear, negativity and doubt
Mel implemented daily gratitude practices and said 'You can't have those two emotions at the same time. I make it a point every day to be as grateful as I can because that eliminates fear and negativity and doubt and shame and all of that.'
▶ 30:38Your body hears what you tell it and reacts accordingly to your internal dialogue
Mel explains 'if you're thinking, oh, my uterus is so stupid. I'm never gonna get pregnant. It's hostile. Whatever. Your body hears that, and it will react accordingly. So, yeah, chances are you do have a hostile uterus, and you're never going to get pregnant.'
▶ 36:34Taking the road less traveled on your fertility journey, even when it's messy, can create the most beautiful outcomes
Mel quotes Robert Frost: 'Two roads diverged in a wood, and I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.' She describes her unconventional approach of choosing meditation over surgery and continuing to travel during her journey, resulting in natural conception.
